Congratulations for taking the risk to start your business, and for bringing it to the point where you’re ready to expand! Resources are available to assist you with your business expansion. Whether your expansion will require a larger space, a better designed or more favorably located space, additional staff, technical assistance to help you figure out the “how” of the expansion, business financing options to help you find the capital you’ll need for the expansion, or some combination of some or many of these, help is available.  There is also information available to help you determine if there will be any regulatory issues involved with your expansion, what they are, and how to work through them.

Once you have decided that you are ready to expand your business, it is a good time to really consider everything about your business. While expanding in your current location may seem to be the most expedient option, you may want to consider if it is your best option.  There is business counseling available that can help you through the decision process.  There are financing options that can make the purchase or construction of an ideal facility at an optimal location surprisingly affordable.  There are available sites for lease.  If you prefer to own your own location, there are existing buildings for sale, as well as land for sale in Lacey on which to build your ideal building.  We will be glad to assist you in determining which sites have the zoning appropriate for your business.
